$58.10A print-ready PDF is best: CMYK, 300dpi at final size, fonts embedded or outlined, 0.125in bleed on every edge. We also take AI, EPS, high-resolution PNG and JPG. If all you have is a logo from a website, send it anyway — we will tell you whether it can be enlarged or needs a $145 vector redraw.
Standard is 5–7 business days from proof approval. Rush is 2 business days for a 50% surcharge, available on most print products. Embroidery, wraps and tents cannot be rushed — the machines and the cure times set the pace.
It stays in your account as a design on file with filename, upload date, design ID and approved proof ID. Reorders skip the upload and the prepress wait. We do not use customer artwork for anything else, ever.
